This is my story:
I was born in 1977 in San Michele Salentino (BR)
I loved cooking from an early age, and I made it my profession.
I started workin in this industry since I was 14, while some chefs pushed me studying cooking.
Then I started working in Michelin-starred restaurants like “Acquerello” in Munich, Hotel “Four Season” in Milan and “La Porta” restaurant in Bologna. I also studied bakery with teachers from “l’Ècole Valrhona” school.
I always preferred healthy cooking and I attended healthy and vegetarian cooking because I think that there are important for our health.
For these reasons I also published a book wrote with my father, Dr. Rocco Palmisano, called “La Dieta Mediterranea Alcalina” (The Mediterranean Alkaline diet for health and longevity).
I know that we never stop learning so I went in Edinburgh to learn French haute cuisine techniques in Michelin-starred restaurant “Martin Wishart” and when I came back in Italy I start to give consultation, also for startups in Italy and abroad.
